JCDR Agricultural College has its well layed out farm spread over 110 acres. The college farm has sizeable area under mango and custard apple orchards also. Round the year crop cafeteria and student demonstration plots will be maintained. The college also carries out quality seed production in collaboration with research stations like ARS Rekulakunta, ARS Kadiri in crops like groundnut, bajra, redgram. The farm also is having enough farm equipments, machinery and processing units.

Agricultural Meteorology unit was established by Department of Agronomy with an aim of giving weather forecast to the adjoining villages mainly for their agricultural benefits and for student awareness. All the meteorological instruments are well maintained by a agromet observer under the guidance of faculty of Department of Agronomy.
